Your Movement Speed is increased by 1. Wild Ocean Pokémon are more likely to be Terastal.
Wild Water-type encounters are significantly more likely to have traits and abilities and be Terastal.
Angry Seas
Mystic Water now grants immunity to Paralyzed. If the holder faints, you may equip it to a different valid Pokémon in your party if the target does not have any (including disabled) held item.
The initiative of your Water-type or Terastal Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn (even in battle): You may discharge your Keepsake to heal 2 damage from all your (non-fainted) Pokémon in Dive Balls.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Water-type or Ocean Pokémon. The holder cannot be Frozen or Burned. The holder takes -1 damage from super-effective moves.
Bonus Notes
Dive Balls are added to your Star Piece exchange. You start with 1 Dive Ball.
Nature's Defense
Your Forest Pokémon now have the Poison-type as learnable type in addition to their usual ones. Restoring your party in Villages (and Ports) is free.
Tart Apples are added to your Star Piece Exchange. Your Poison-type Pokémon may equip an Apple consumable next to having a battle item equipped.
Bio Hazard
Poison Barb ignores status exclusivity and immunity and increases the damage of the Poisoned status on the opponent to 3.
Increase the base health of all your Pokémon with an item, ability or move that inflict the Poisoned status by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to inflict the Poisoned status on both Pokémon (if possible), replacing all currently applied status effects.
Item Effect
If the holder is attacked and 2 (or more) status symbols were rolled: Inflict the Poisoned status on the attacker. Poison-type moves of the holder deal +1 damage.
Bonus Notes
Your starter Pokémon has the Toxic Mantle ability. It is returned to your bag, whenever you would otherwise discard it.
Local Legends
The Pixie Plate battle item is added to your Star Piece exchange. You may reroll a wild encounter once (for free) if no generated Pokémon can learn Fairy-type moves.
Your Star Piece limit is increased by 2. You may equip up to 3 Pixie Plates to different Pokémon in your party.
Fairy Tale
Fairy Feather inflicts the Drowsy status, if the signature move of the holder rolled 2 or more status symbols.
The initiative of your Fairy-type Pokémon is increased by 1. The initiative of your Pokémon with Fairy-type abilities is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns You may discharge your Keepsake and reposition to the closest Apricorn Tree/Reef and discover it without ending your turn. You do not gain Apricorns or Journey Points from this.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Fairy-type or Forest Pokémon. The signature move of the holder is treated as Fairy-type and deals 1 extra damage.
Fluffy Tail
You are more likely to find Pokémon matching the type of Partner Eevee's signature move and Strong wild encounters offer an additional option to choose from.
The Fluffy Spice battle item is added to your Star Piece exchange. You may equip up to 3 Fluffy Spices to different Pokémon in your party.
Evoboost
The holder of Eevium V may use the signature moves of non-fainted evolutions of Eevee in your party.
If the holder of the Eevium V faints, increase the initiative of your next Pokémon switching in by 2. The base health of (Partner) Eevee and evolutions of Eevee is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn outside of battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to change Partner Eevee to a different form to change it's signature move.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Partner Eevee. Increase the base health and initiative of the holder by 1 for every other Eevee and evolution of Eevee in your party.
Bonus Notes
Your starter Pokémon is Partner Eevee.
Keeper: Lucioss (Developer)
Cold Season
You are more likely to encounter Ice-type Pokémon. Wild Pokémon are more likely to have consumables.
Wild encounters may generate Cold Pokémon, even in different habitats and if they do: They are very likely to have a trait.
Ice Age
Never-melt Ice allows Ice-type moves of the holder to inflict the Frozen status on the target if any critical hits are rolled when attacking.
The damage bonus of Never-melt Ice is increased by 2. Increase the initiative of your Cold Pokémon with consumables the start (or outside) of battles by 2.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn (even in battle): You may discharge this Keepsake to heal 1 damage from up to 2 Pokémon in your party for every Ice-type move and ability they know.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Ice-type Pokémon. Ice-type moves of the holder deal 2 extra damage against Fire-type and Steel-type Pokémon.
Bonus Notes
Aspear Berries are to your Star Piece exchange. You start with 2 Aspear Berries.
Critter Catcher
Wild encounters are significantly more likely to be Bug-type. Once per turn: Whenever you choose to encounter a wild Bug-type Pokémon, gain any (one) common berry.
Sitrus Berries are added to your Star Piece exchange. You may equip up to 2 Multi Seeds to different Pokémon in your party.
Swarm Intelligence
You may choose to not trigger (your) equipped consumables when they would trigger otherwise. Silver Powder increases the effect (healing, damage, attack strength) of the held berry by 1.
The base health of your fully evolved Bug-type Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
3 turns If you gain any berry during your turn: You may discharge this Keepsake to gain any (one) additional common berry.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Bug-type Pokémon. The holder may equip a consumable next to having this item equipped. Bug-type moves of the holder deal +1 damage.
Bonus Notes
You start with 1 Sitrus Berry and 1 Rowap Berry.
Terastal Research
Wild encounters are significantly more likely to be Terastal and you gain +1 to (manual) capture rolls against Terastal Pokémon with a Terastal-type that you do not own yet.
The chance to find Terastal Pokémon is further increased and they are more likely to have traits.
Endless Energy
The signature move of the holder of Proto Tera Orb may be treated as any learnable type.
The holder of the Proto Tera Orb is immune to all status effects. The base health of your Terastal Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns At the start of a wild encounter Discovery: You may discharge your Keepsake to reroll the Discovery up to 3 times. If you generate a Terastal wild encounter, you have to challenge it (choose, if multiple).
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Terastal Pokémon. Moves matching the holder's Terastal-type deal +1 damage.
Heavy Load
The first time each turn you visit a White Apricorn Tree, you gain any (one) Tier 1 Apricorn. Alpha and Tera Raid encounters have an additional option to choose from and are likely to be Mountain Pokémon.
You may equip up to 2 Assault Vests to different Pokémon in your party.
Solid Defense
Auspicious Armor allows the holder to switch out of battle if brought to 50% health (or less) by an opponent's move. The item is disabled afterwards.
Auspicious Armor now grants immunity to Burned. The base health of all of your Mountain Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to increase the initiative of a Pokémon in your party by 2 until the end of the battle.
Item Effect
The holder is immune to effects of the opponent that would force the holder to switch out. The holder takes -1 damage from attacks while at 50% health (or more).
Bonus Notes
Heavy Balls are added to your Star Piece exchange. You start with 1 Heavy Ball.
Rising Evolution
Fantalites are added to your Star Piece exchange. When the Copy Bell Pokémon is discarded by unequipping the held item, you may teach the attached moves and ability to other (valid) Pokémon.
The holder of the Copy Bell may learn any ability. Mesagoza Cookies are added to your Star Piece exchange.
Calming Sound
When the Copy Bell holder faints in battle, your next Pokémon switching in may use the signature move of the Copy Bell holder on the first turn, if possible.
The initiative of the holder of the Copy Bell is increased by 2.
Charged Effect
4 turns You may discharge your Keepsake to create a copy of a Moderate Pokémon you own (and it's Ball). Equip the Copy Bell item to this card. You may not trade or evolve this Pokémon.
Item Effect
This item can only be equipped with the Keepsake charged effect. This item cannot be disabled by any effect. The holder may use the signature move of your left-most Pokémon in your party (if not fainted). The holder cannot evolve. If this item is unequipped, the holder of this item is discarded.
Multi-Tasking
You may ignore one forced encounter (except Anomaly Disasters) when checking Special Hidden Spots every turn and if you do: gain 1 Star Piece.
Add another option to all Shrine Events for free. You may equip up to 2 Swiftness Sashes to different Pokémon in your party.
Slipstream
Choice Scarf now grants immunity to Paralyzed. You gain the Accelerator ability chip. It is returned to your bag, whenever you would otherwise discard it.
The initiative bonus of the Choice Scarf is increased by 1. Increase the base health of your Pokémon by 1, if the initiative is higher than their base initiative at the start (or outside) of battles.
Charged Effect
3 turns You may discharge your Keepsake to double the reward of a regular Hidden Spot your Trainer Token is standing on.
Item Effect
Increase the initiative of the holder by 2, but the holder may only use the same move until switched out.
Greenhouse
The Greenhouse becomes available: You may pay any (one) Apricorn to plant berries. Berries take 3 turns to grow. Berries in trade offers are cheaper for you.
Wild encounters are significantly more likely to have the Carrier trait. Your Berry Mixer takes 1 turn less to finish.
Golden Harvest
The holder of the Seed Planter may equip an additional consumable.
The initiative of your Pokémon is increased by 1 for every consumable or 'Seed' held item they have equipped at the start (or outside of) battles.
Charged Effect
3 turns At the start of a battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to equip a consumable to a Pokémon in your party that has a berry or 'Seed' item already equipped. Unused consumables are unequipped after the battle.
Item Effect
When the holder faints in battle: You may equip consumables (from your bag) to up to 2 different (non-fainted) Pokémon in your party that currently have no items (including disabled items) equipped.
Bonus Notes
Lansat Berries and Belue Berries are added to your Star Piece Exchange.
Revitalising Energy
You gain +1 to (manual) capture rolls against Grass-type Pokémon and Pokémon with self-healing moves. If you capture such a Pokémon, you gain any (one) Tier 2 Apricorn.
You may equip up to 2 Leftovers to different Pokémon in your party. The first stew you craft every turn only costs the right-most Apricorn.
Strength Sap
If the holder of the Big Root faints during battle, you may heal 2 damage and any status effects from one Pokémon in your party.
The base health of your Pokémon with self-healing moves, items or abilities at the start (or outside) of battles is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
5 turns If the holder of the Big Root item faints in battle and was not your last non-fainted Pokémon, you may discharge your Keepsake to revive the holder with 1 health after switching out.
Item Effect
The holder cannot be Poisoned. The holder heals 1 damage at the end of your turns.
Grand Exploration
The Excavation Site becomes available: You may pay the listed resources to create a Dig Site. Dig Sites have a chance to level up at the start of your turns (up to Tier 4) if not collected. Higher tiers reward better items.
+1 Artifact Slot (max. 5 slots). The Dig Sites level up more easily and the max tier is increased to 5. Chance-based effects of your artifacts trigger more often.
Treasure Hunter
Rare Ore now grants immunity to Paralyzed and increases the initiative of the holder by 1.
Increase the initiative of all your Pokémon by 1 for every 2 active artifacts you have.
Charged Effect
3 turns During your turn in battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to disable the held item of your active Pokémon and if you do: Heal 2 damage and all status effects from the Pokémon.
Item Effect
The holder may use a Typeless move with the attack strength equal to the amount of your active artifacts (min. 1 attack strength). The initiative of the holder is increased by 1.
Escape Rod
Wild Pokémon you encounter cannot flee the battle (after defeating one of your Pokémon). Every time a player blacks out: You gain 1 Star Piece and any (one) Apricorn (up to Tier 2).
Your Hand Size and Star Piece limit are increased by 1. You may equip up to 2 Eject Buttons to different Pokémon in your party.
Baton Pass
Shed Shell adds 1 regular hit or 1 status symbol to the next attack roll of the switched in Pokémon.
The base health of your Pokémon with moves, abilities or items that lets the Pokémon (or target) switch out in battle is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
5 turns During your turn: You may discharge your Keepsake to gain the Apricorn rewards (except Black Apricorns) from the Apricorn Tree/Reef your Trainer Token is standing on.
Item Effect
After the holder takes non-lethal damage from the opponent, the holder may switch out without resetting the turn order. The switched in Pokémon will inherit all 'until switched out' effects and changes to dice rolls. This item is disabled for remainder of the battle afterwards.
Running Shoes
At the start of your turn, your movement speed is increased by 1-3 randomly (see tracker). Strong wild encounters have an extra option to choose from.
Change the Unloaded Dice to state 2. The Unloaded Dice now yields better rewards.
Loaded Rolls
Loaded Dice adds another dice to its effect and now only disables itself if a critical hit was rolled by the effect.
Loaded Dice adds another dice to its effect. The base health of your Pokémon with moves and held items that mention critical hits is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn outside of battle: Roll the Unloaded Dice and gain the result.
Item Effect
Whenever the holder is switched into battle: Roll 2 dice. For every regular hit rolled: Deal 1 damage to the active opponent. For every non-regular hit rolled: Deal 1 damage to the holder (this counts as self-inflicted damage). The result of this roll cannot be changed. Disable this item after any non-regular hits are rolled from this effect.

You start with the Unloaded Dice.
Brilliant Shine
Wild encounters are more likely to generate Dragon-type Pokémon. Partner Ponyta (and Rapidash) may learn any ability.
You gain the second Partner Ponyta card. You may use any Poké Ball from your bag for this Pokémon. Wild Dragon-type Pokémon are more likely to have traits.
Blazing Gallop
Shiny Pearl increases the base health of the holder by 1 and can no longer be disabled. The base health of all your Ponyta and Rapidash Pokémon is increased by 1.
If Partner Ponyta (or Rapidash) faints during battle: Deal 2 damage to the active opponent.
Charged Effect
3 turns You may discharge your Keepsake to discard up to 3 Ruined Treasure cards. Draw that many new Ruined Treasure cards.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Dragon-type Pokémon. Dragon-type moves of the holder may be treated as the primary type of your Partner Ponyta (or Rapidash) in your party.
Bonus Notes
Your starter Pokémon is one of the available Partner Ponyta. Put the other card to the side.

Jungle Floor
Wild encounters are more likely to be Grass-type. If you gain Apricorn rewards from wild encounters, you may exchange one of them for a different one of the same or lower tier.
Your Grass-type Pokémon now have the Poison-type and Bug-type as learnable types in addition to their usual ones.
Aromatherapy
Miracle Seed healing is increased to 3 and the holder may equip a consumable from the bag when the effect of Miracle Seed was used.
You gain the Bloom Doom move card. It is returned to your bag whenever you would otherwise discard it. Increase the initiative of your Grass-type or Forest Pokémon by 1.
Charged Effect
3 turns During your turn outside of battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to relocate to the closest Green Apricorn Tree, then gain 1 Green Apricorn.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Grass-type. If equipped to your active Pokémon in battle: You may disable this item for the rest of the battle to heal 2 damage and any status effects from any non-fainted Pokémon in your party.
Bonus Notes
Maranga Berries are added to your Star Piece exchange. You start with 1 Maranga Berry.
Smooth Rock
Your Movement Speed is increased by 1. Whenever you defeat or capture a wild Fire-type Pokémon, you gain 1 Journey Point and 1 Red Apricorn.
You gain the Irradiance ability chip. It is returned to your bag, whenever you would otherwise discard it.
Sunny Day
Charcoal allows Fire-type moves of the holder to inflict the Burned status on the target if any critical hits are rolled when attacking.
Charcoal increases the attack strength of the signature move by 1 if the active opponent is Burned. The base health of your Fire-type and Warm Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to inflict the Burned status on both active Pokémon, if possible.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Fire-type Pokémon. The holder takes -2 damage from Water-type and Rock-type moves.
Reverse Dynamo
Your movement speed is increased by 1. Wild encounters are more likely to be Electric-type and Terastal.
Your Mountain Pokémon now have the Electric-type as learnable type in addition to their usual ones.
Magnetic Field
While your Keepsake is fully charged: Your first Pokémon sent into battle is inflicted with Paralyzed (ignoring immunity), but is immune to the effect.
Increase the initiative of your Pokémon with Electric-type moves by 1. The Ground weakness of (all) Electric-type Pokémon is now neutral (+0).
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn in battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to increase the initiative of the holder of the Magnet battle item by 2 until the end of the battle.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Electric-type and Mountain Pokémon. If your Keepsake has more than 0 charge, the signature move of the holder deals +1 damage. If your Keepsake is fully charged, the active opponent cannot activate their (non-persistant) ability.
Collector
Moon Balls are added to your Star Piece exchange. You gain 1 Heal Ball and your Star Piece limit is increased by 1.
Add 1 regular hit to capture rolls when using a (non-craftable) Poké Ball that non of your currently owned Pokémon is caught in.
Moon Light
Moon Ball adds an additional dice to capture rolls if the target has 3 (or less) health remaining. You gain 1 Luxury Ball and Luxury Balls are added to your Star Piece exchange.
Increase the base health of your Pokémon caught in non-craftable Poké Balls by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn outside of battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to discard a currently used Poké Ball and exchange it with a different one from your bag.
Item Effect
When the holder is your active Pokémon during capture attempts: Change the first status symbol rolled into a regular hit. When a capture attempt fails, you may use the effect of a Razz Berry from your bag.
Bonus Notes
You start with 1 Moon Ball and 1 Premier Ball.

Skilled Haggling
When crafting, Tier 1 Apricorn requirements can be fulfilled using any combination of Tier 1 Apricorns. Once per turn: You may spend (any) 3 Tier 1 Apricorns to gain a Star Piece.
Hand Size is increased by 2. The chance to encounter Random Events is significantly increased. When you exchange Star Pieces for Ruined Treasure cards, you may get an extra one.
Balanced Chi
All moves of the holder of the Harmony Stone held item may be treated as Typeless.
If you use the Tag Team or Enkindle Assemble effect in battle: Heal 2 damage from your active Pokémon. The initiative of your Pokémon with Typeless moves or abilities is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns Whenever you want to play an Assemble effect: You may discharge your Keepsake to ignore the last two symbols needed.
Item Effect
The signature move of the holder may be treated as Typeless. Typeless moves of the holder cannot have dice removed from the roll by opponent's effects (excluding Paralyzed effect).
Keeper: LT (Contributor)
Hidden Treasure
Wild encounters are more likely to be Terastal. If you have less than 5 Ruined Treasure cards in your hand at the start of your turn, there is a chance you gain 1 Ruined Treasure card.
Legendary encounters have an additional option to choose from. You may freely fast-travel to Area Zero Base Camp, ignoring campaign specific requirements.
Unknown Potential
The Crater Shard may treat the holder's signature move as its Terastal-type and the holder deals 1 extra damage against non-Terastal Pokémon.
If 2 or more Terastal Pokémon in your party have the same Terastal-type, base health and initiative of these Pokémon are increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns You may discharge your Keepsake to draw 2 Ruined Treasure cards.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to non-Terastal Pokémon. The holder is treated as Terastal Pokémon and it's primary type is treated as it's Terastal-type (this does not change type effectiveness in battle).
Bonus Notes
The Terapagos card is added to the Ruined Treasure deck. You gain 2 Terapagos cards.
Sleepwalker
Wild encounters are more likely to be Dark-type and have status-resistance traits. Whenever you capture a wild Pokémon with status-resistance traits, you gain 2 Star Pieces.
Your Star Piece limit is increased by 1. Once per turn: If you heal the Drowsy status of one of your Pokémon: Gain any (one) Apricorn up to Tier 2.
Comatose
Black Glasses heals the holder by 2 whenever a status effect is inflicted on the active opponent.
The initiative of your Dark-type and Plains Pokémon with status inflicting moves, abilities or items is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn in battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to deal 2 damage to up to 3 Pokémon in the opponent's party that have status effects.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to Dark-type or Plains Pokémon. Whenever the holder is switched into battle, inflict the Poisoned status on the holder, replacing all other status effects and ignoring type immunity. The holder ignores the negative effects of being Poisoned.
Bonus Notes
Mago Berries are added to your Star Piece exchange. You start with 1 Mago Berry.
Beyond Destiny
Once per turn: If you win any battle encounter by using a Ghost-type move as your final attacking move: Gain any (one) Apricorn up to Tier 2. All your Pokémon may learn Ghost-type abilities.
Your Hand Size is increased by 1. Whenever one of your Pokémon learns a new Ghost-type move or ability (excluding the Curse move), draw 1 Ruined Treasure card.
Shadow Halls
You always gain the initiative token at the start of battles your party participates in and you send out your Pokémon first.
You gain two Curse move cards. They are returned to your bag whenever you would otherwise discard them. The base health of your Pokémon with a move or ability that mention battle fatigue is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns At the end of your turn: You may discharge your Keepsake to relocate to the nearest Village (or Port) and discover it, ignoring usual limitations.
Item Effect
Ghost-type moves of the holder increase the battle fatigue of the opponent by 1. The active opponent may not longer switch out or flee the battle while the holder is your active Pokémon.
Perseverance
Wild Normal-type Pokémon are significantly more likely to have traits. Once per turn: You may reroll wild encounters for free.
Wild Terastal Pokémon are significantly more likely to be Normal-type and if they are: They are likely to have an ability or consumable.
Pink Bow
You gain the Spotlight move card. It is returned to your bag whenever you would otherwise discard it. The holder of the Silk Scarf is immune to opponent's status effects, if less than 2 status symbols were rolled.
The initiative of your Normal-type Pokémon is increased by 1. The Fighting weakness of (all) Normal-type Pokémon is now neutral (+0).
Charged Effect
2 turns During battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to add a regular hit or a status symbol to any attack roll.
Item Effect
Self-inflicted damage of the holder (including status effects) is decreased by 1. If the holder knows a Normal-type or Typeless ability: Normal-type and Typeless moves of the holder deal +1 damage.
Excavation
Wild Terastal Pokémon are significantly more likely to be Ground-type. Fast-traveling between your Tunnel Tokens is free for you. You may choose to allow other players to use Tunnel Tokens.
Your Movement Speed is increased by 1. Once per turn: You may discover one (different) additional Shrine during your turn if it is adjacent to a Tunnel Token.
Sand Mantle
Soft Sand increases the attack strength by 1 if either battle fatigue is 4 or higher. All your Pokémon take -1 damage from battle fatigue.
Soft Sand stops the active opponent from switching out if their battle fatigue is 2 or higher. The base health of your Ground-type Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn outside of battle: You may discharge your Keepsake to place or move a Tunnel Token to an unoccupied empty tile up to 2 movement steps away from your Player Token.
Item Effect
Can only be equipped to a Ground-type Pokémon. The holder cannot be Paralyzed or Burned. The battle fatigue of the holder is set to 2 upon switching into battle.
Bonus Notes
You start with 4 Tunnel Tokens. You may place 1 down immediate on any unoccupied tile on the map.
Globetrotter
Movement Speed is increased by 1. You can move between tiles that have 2 elevation levels between them (except The Great Crater of Paldea and the Challenger's Plateau).
Your Legendary Pokémon may learn any ability. You gain +1 to (manual) capture rolls against Pokémon that have a Climate or Biome you do not own yet.
Nature Studies
Heavy-duty boots can be manually disabled during battle to double its effect during the turn.
If at least 2 Pokémon in your party have the same Climate: The base health of these Pokémon is increased by 1.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn (in battle): You may discharge your Keepsake to equip the Heavy-duty Boots battle item to different Pokémon in your party. Heavy-duty Boots are re-enabled if they were previously disabled.
Item Effect
The holder deals 1 additional damage against opponent's with the different Biome, if they have full health. If the holder deals (more than 0) damage to a Pokémon with a different Climate: Heal 1 damage.
Relativity
You may relocate to the closest Village or Port at the end of your turns if you did not discover a settlement this turn (you may not discover this tile if you battled this turn).

Advanced Training
Other Pokémon may also use moves from the holder of the Destiny Knot during battle.

Once per turn: When you gain Pink Apricorn(s), you gain an additional one. Cold Pokémon may generate during wild encounters, even in Temperare and Warm habitats.
Star Piece limit is increased by 1. You are more likely to generate Imbalance or Rumor events during Shrine discoveries and whenever do you: Gain 1 Star Piece (once per turn).
Foolish Return
If the holder of the Old Diary faints, your next Pokémon switching in may use a move from the holder of the Old Diary on its first turn. Whenever you use the Empower effect, you may decide to roll a regular hit with it (before rolling the dice).
Increase the base health or initiative of your Cold Pokémon (with Ghost as learnable type) by 1, whichever is higher by default. On tie, initiative is increased.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn: You may discharge your Keepsake to draw 1 Ruined Treasure card (or take any 1 card from the Ruined Treasure discard deck) and gain any (one) Apricorn (except Peach).
Item Effect
Moves of the holder that do not match the type(s) of the holder deal +1 damage. Whenever the holder switches out: If the next (own) Pokémon switching in is a Ghost-type Pokémon, heal 1 damage from the holder.

Picnic Set rolls an additional dice. Whenever you battle NPC parties, you may change your equipped held items (before the battle) after generating and seeing the opponent's party.
Increase the base health of your Pokémon in your party by 1 if their type(s) are unique (in your party). Picnic Set now also rolls a status dice and inflicts the result on the target.
Charged Effect
4 turns During a capture attempt: You may discharge your Keepsake to equip up to 2 Razz Berries to your active Pokémon (before the capture roll). Unequip all remaining Razz Berries after the battle.
Item Effect
When the holder is switched into battle: You may roll 2 Typeless dice. Heal damage from any Pokémon in your party equal to the rolled result. Disable this item afterwards for the remainder of the battle.

Multi Dimension
Wild encounters are more likely to have traits and trade offers are more likely to have trait-based items. Your Berry Mixer is more likely to reward Flavour Mint items. This chance increases for every Terastal Pokémon you own.
Legendary encounters are likely to generate Ultra Beasts, bypassing usual spawn restrictions. You may use an additional Legendary Pokémon in your party if all of them have the 'Ultra Space' ability.
Ultra Wormhole
Your Pokémon with Typeless and Terastal abilties are more likely to get battle traits from Mints. The Beast Ball (held item) heals the switched in Pokémon by 2.
Increase the initiative of your Pokémon with Typeless or Terastal abilities by 1. The Beast Ball (held item) now grants immunity to status effects.
Charged Effect
4 turns You may discharge your Keepsake to draw 4 abilities. You may teach one to your Pokémon and return the other.
Item Effect
The ability of the holder cannot be disabled by opponent's effects. Once per battle during your turn: You may disable this item (for the rest of the battle) to switch in a Pokémon (caught in a Beast Ball) without resetting the turn order. The switched in Pokémon heals 1 damage and adds 1 regular hit to the next attack roll.

Heavy Processing
Your chance based artifacts are more likely to trigger. Removing artifacts only costs any (one) Tier 2 Apricorn for you.
+1 Artifact Slot (max. 5 slots) and Star Piece limit. Newly appearing Special Hidden Spots are more likely to be artifacts. At the start of your turns: A new Special Hidden Spot might spawn near you.
Polished Vessel
The holder of the Heavy Alloy takes -1 additional damage from super-effective moves. Whenever you use the Empower effect during battle, roll 2 dice instead and choose which of the rolled dice you want to keep.
Whenever Heavy Alloy switches Pokémon, increase the initiative of the new holder by 1 until the end of the battle and heal it by 1.
Charged Effect
5 turns You may discharge your Keepsake to significantly increase the trigger chance of your chance-based artifact effects until the end of this turn.
Item Effect
The holder takes -2 damage from super-effective moves. After the effect above was used, you may switch battle items (not consumables) of the holder and another (non-fainted) Pokémon in your party.

Throwing Rocks
Bonus Events appear more often during discoveries. Whenever you encounter a Bonus Event, your Geo counter increases, based on the type of the bonus event. You get a trade offer every turn for Geo that you can accept once.
Your Geo limit is increased. Your Mountain Pokémon now have the Flying-type as learnable types in addition to their usual ones.
Moving Mountains
Geo Pebble may inflict the Poisoned status instead of other status effects.
Geo Pebble now adds a status symbol to all attacks of the holder. Increase the base health of your Pokémon by 1, if they have a held item that mentions 'status symbol(s)' outside(or at the start of) a battle.
Charged Effect
4 turns During your turn before accepting a Geo trade: You may take the shown reward for free from the storage (except Peach Apricorn).
Item Effect
While your Keepsake is charging (but not fully charged): The holder may use a Typeless move during battle. The base attack strength is equal to your current charge (min. 1) and the move inflicts the Drowsy status on the target. While your Keepsake is fully charged: Whenever the holder rolls 2 status symbols when attacking, inflict the Confused status on the active opponent.
Twisted Branch
Wild encounters are guaranteed to have consumables. Random events are more likely to occur. Shrines are more likely to generate Imbalance and Rumor events. Add 1 regular hit to all your capture attempts.
You cannot gain Star Pieces. Your movement speed is increased by 2. Your hand size is increased by 3. Wild Legendary encounters have an additional option to choose from.
